Amélie Tozzi

A lawyer with the firm since 2011, Amélie advises French and international clients on both advisory and litigation matters.

Holding a Master's degree (Master II) in Tax Law from Université de Bourgogne and the International Diploma in European Tax Law, she has developed dual expertise in company law and tax, and handles domestic French matters as well as cross-border transactions.

She defends clients in the most sensitive situations: tax audits and litigation, including following tax searches.

A trusted adviser to businesses at every stage of their life, from incorporation and growth through to sale or restructuring, she also assists individuals, whether French or foreign tax residents, advising them on structuring and passing on their wealth with a comprehensive and pragmatic approach.

Each year, she oversees the tax return campaigns (income tax, IFI, 3% tax, etc.).
