Anne-Gaëlle Le Vaillant

Anne-Gaëlle advises investors and corporate groups on their projects in France and abroad, supporting them in their day-to-day legal management as well as in times of crisis.

Holding a Magistère in Business Law and Taxation, a Master's degree (Master II) in Tax Law from Université de Bourgogne and the International Diploma in European Tax Law, she began her career at the law firms Ernst & Young, in the Industry and then Banking/Insurance teams, and later at Jeantet & Associés, in the tax team, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the issues facing businesses and individuals established in several countries. She joined the firm in 2005.

This experience with international groups informs her handling of the key moments in a company's life: incorporation, restructurings, sales, shareholder disputes, changes of management and changes in governance. She acts upstream, preventing such situations through appropriate structuring, as well as at the heart of a crisis, resolving it and protecting the interests of the firm's clients.

In tax matters, she has a thorough command of permanent establishment issues and assists French and foreign tax residents with their filing obligations in France.

She structures the activities of professionals from the arts world and supports them in meeting their tax obligations.

She defends you in the event of a tax audit or tax litigation, including following tax searches.

At decisive moments, she brings the perspective that what is at stake for you demands.
