Cédulie advises businesses, business owners and private clients, whether French or foreign tax residents, on both business law and tax matters (choice of legal structure, share capital transactions, shareholders' agreements, governance, etc.). She has practised at the firm since 2013, having previously worked at Fidal and in banking.

Holding a Master's degree (Master II) in Corporate and Business Law - DJCE from Université de Caen and a certificate of specialisation in company law from Université de Montpellier, she has built a practice that fully integrates the legal and tax dimensions, from the choice of structure to the transactions that mark the life of a business.

She also assists private clients, both French and foreign tax residents, during tax return campaigns, for income tax as well as real estate wealth tax, and helps them structure and pass on their wealth. She brings her experience in estate planning and international tax law to foreign clients who hold assets in France and wish to retain, sell or transfer them.

She also advises professionals from the arts and sports worlds, whether French or foreign tax residents, on the tax rules specific to their activity.

In the event of a tax audit or tax litigation, including following tax searches, she devises a defence strategy tailored to each client's situation.
